The Friday Morning Networking Group is not your average “coffee and doughnuts” breakfast meeting. Area business leaders meet on Friday mornings in the dining room at St. Susan Center to network and share ideas and desires for business growth, as well as sharing information on the activities of the communities in which they do business.

Close to 30 businesses and their leaders are represented in the networking group. They share a common vision of building trusting, long-term relationships with the ultimate goal of enhancing local business through involvement in their communities and providing business leads and opportunities for one another. The group encourages only one representative from any business category, however its membership ranges from industrial, to construction, to small retail businesses.

Recently the Friday Morning Networking Group donated $500.00 to St. Susan Center. Executive Director of St. Susan Center, Sue Colwell states that the donation was an “Unexpected Blessing!” FMNG supports St. Susan Center all year by collecting $5.00 from each member, a portion of which is donated to St. Susan’s.

Colwell is pleased with her experience with FMNG stating, “The business people that are part of FMNG have good character and great work ethic.” For local business people interested in joining the Friday Morning Networking Group please visit www.fmng.org.
