Welcome to Our Capital Campaign

For over 40 years, St. Susan Center has been dedicated to providing meals and support to those in need within the Jamestown community. Rooted in compassion, the Center ensures that everyone who walks through its doors is treated with dignity and respect. As the challenges of hunger and homelessness continue to grow, a pivotal moment has arrived: the donation of the historic Jamestown Business College building.

This generous contribution follows JBC’s decision to cease operations after facing significant challenges. President David Conklin and our board recognized the potential of the JBC building to serve as a vital resource for the community, enabling an expansion of services. The St. Susan Center is launching a Capital Campaign to renovate the facility, transforming it into a modernized center that enhances support for the most vulnerable members of our community.

The renovation plans include creating a welcoming dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and dedicated spaces for programming and support services. This initiative will also establish a women’s and children’s shelter, addressing critical needs in Jamestown. Join us in this important effort as we work toward a brighter future for those experiencing hunger and homelessness.
